If the space already has dedicated laundry hookups, adding a basic washer and dryer is usually a solid way to attract more applicants and reduce vacancy, especially in markets where renters prioritize in-unit laundry.Since the unit also needs a fridge, taking care of those essentials upfront makes the listing more complete and removes reasons for prospective tenants to hesitate.
