Oil prices remain a huge X factor, and housing prices (at least with respect to rents) are being held back by the most supply EVER being built and coming online here in 2024.

Cannot debase against oil; too many other influences and domestic energy ripping will cause those exact same outputs I listed above(i.e. inflation).

Basic stuff I've restocked:shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, 1 frying pan, 1 medium size pot, silverware, knife large wooden spoon, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, olive oil, salt, and pepper.Some pro tips: I always do this shopping at Costco and buy quality items at bulk and a bit cheaper.

Is the sponsor have experience, are they focused (are they running 1-2 types of funds or they doing MF, retail, office, oil/gas, MHP, etc).
