As a real estate agent, you don't know what an investor is.You truly don't.

Particularly interested where an investor is involved in new construction as a co-project manager and tracking their hours on the job site as well as off site management activities( managing subs, permits, financing,etc)

Some investors go big right away, others build up with smaller multis to get systems in place first.

Otherwise, partnering up would be another option to get into some properties with other investors.
