Concentrate on finding a person you trust and let them run with it. 

I only hope they will have a concentrated effort to right the ship, be forthcoming about the blindspots, recovering for you and all the other investors in Fund 4.

Concentrate on increasing your NOI in other arenas if you need a stronger balance sheet for next year's refi.

There are a ton of non-QM product for non-warrantable condos when the reason is investor concentration.
