I see the growing bustling areas in Paducah & Murray for multifamily rental property.

I too am thinking of looking upstate but I am a little concerned about it's boonies type atmosphere> I would assume the areas near the universities are bustling right?

Furthermore, I love the city, it’s food, drinks, culture, entertainment, and hustle and bustle and believe it to be incomparable; I am not alone with this feeling and it’s what attracts many people. 

I'm over near Egypt Beach, Wompatuck Elementary where 3 homes have recently been gutted an expanded, still in process but very interested to see what they close for (all investor owned).
