Previous post uploaded prematurely...third sentence...I have never heard of the VA actually sending someone to ensure that a person was living there and abiding by the residency requirements. 

They hear the words private placement, see fancy offering materials, and watch rousing deal webinars and they get that excited (premature) bowel movement feeling.The financial protections (net worth and/or income) from the high risks of private placements are important and just having the knowledge part may not be sufficient protection. 

(The number 5 was a suggestion of my cpa)I created an LLC a bit prematurely (made it in June of this year).

I second George's comment above, since it was premature distribution your 401k plan must issue 1099-R to you and pay 20% tax.

This I would admit is a very premature goal as I have only started thinking about real estate about a month ago.

Don't cave into their demands, but do inform them of the process.If you have 4 days to do your initial inspection with the tenant, make the most of it, but don't prematurely commit yourself to specifics regarding the return of the deposit.

However, I think you're worry is a tad bit premature.

I'm not a naysayer against high leverage at the beginning, but this seems a little premature in timing. 

if not properly vented, it can cause your shingles to prematurely break down or melt, as well a build up moisture which can lead to damage on the actual roof sheeting.
