I currently have about 70K of unused personal credit lines, but I refuse to use credit cards for consumer purposes, so they're just laying dormant (I only use them periodically to keep the lines open, and then immediately pay them off).

I have one great mentor who I owe so much to for watering the real estate seeds I've had laying dormant in my mind for years.

By new I mean that up until now I only managed to look at deals from the MLS.I am trying to expand our searches, but beyond craigslist and some dormant Facebook groups I didn't manage to find anything.

Thanks, yes I`ve seen flea-traps that use a lamp and sticky pad(instead of soapy water), but the only problem with this, is that this would maybe take care of the adult fleas, but doesn`t seem to address the eggs, which I understand can survive in a sort of dormant state for some time.
