I'd have to review that section but I'm pretty sure you return the remaining portion of their deposit with photocopies of the invoices for the repairs within 21 days of vacating.

Note that you will get a credit from the seller for Jan 1 to the date of closing, so you can think of that credit as just going directly into your escrow account.Title company fees: a few hundredMisc fees: photocopying, courier, fedex, etc., etc., etc.Some locations have various transfer or sales taxes, too, which can add a hefty chunk.

( see, i got a verbal acceptance from the bank which they emailed. that date was May 21. the agent submitted the contract itself on the 22 without the required copy of the earnest money check. she said she will send in a photocopy tuesday. the binding date must be the date that the bank firmly accepts the offer in writing?????)

All applicants for licensure as a broker must complete one of the following as proof of completion of the education requirement:a) a specific 36-hour brokers course of approved education programs in business management from an an approved Wisconsin school AND if applicant does not presently hold a salesperson's license in Wisconsin, applicant must also complete the 72-hour salesperson education requirement; OR b) a transcript showing 20 academic semester-hours credit in real estate or real estate related law completed at an accredited institution of higher education AND if applicant does not presently hold a salesperson's license in Wisconsin, applicant must also complete the 72-hour salesperson education requirement; ORc) a photocopy of current bar membership card or a certificate of good standing in the Wisconsin State Bar.

$300 in counterfeit bills - the bank took it - photocopied it so I could have a copy and told me to go back to the tenant.
