Underage drinking when  this happens is one of the citations issued.

Anyway, I believe the dog owner gets one free pass but at some predetermined citation amount, it escalates the penalty. 

It would be much easier for the neighbor to just call the police.The owner of the property is responsible for any citations issued against the property.  

It's a path not every tenant would know to take, but if they learned about the termites and had a city code officer over to issue a citation the landlord becomes liable under the Health & Safety code.

Kristine, can you supply a link or case law citations for what you referred to?  

Citations from code enforcement, paid lawn service, notice of lease violation - all things that should be considered, along with which party is then responsible for paying (and when landlord is forced to pay, how the tenant must compensate landlord for doing so).

On the criminal charges- As a debtor's attorney, I would happily file a contempt of court citation if someone submitted a bounced check to the DA's office after a bankruptcy case was filed.

I will read the citation above that Mike presented. but that I know is the rules. if you put out flyers for pre foreclosure you just wasted your money if you get caught the state will hang you by your fingernails they are mean at this state trust me on this.
