I know Statesville has some c and d neighborhoods but this property is not located there.Im not trying to make excuses just trying to see the brighter, bigger, long term picture. either way i have an exit strategy that I am moving on as we speak. 

They have choices when they first get an animal and the brighter ones think ahead and get labs instead of huskys and pitts.

Look, '08' was a "perfect storm", it was NOT just a 1 thing, it was about 42 things all perfectly coming together into 1 singular point, like a million flashlights on 1 fixed point creating a laser effect. 

Depends on location, how much rent you asking if your place in a really good area you definitely want you place to stand out brighter colors attract people faster your place will not be empty 

Both will shine an even brighter light on Chicago's crime problem. 

But from one beginner to another, if you have the extra money to throw at your debt, I think the earlier we start the brighter our future will be.

I get home back to MA/CT once every few years, was there last year, nice to visit, but I've had my share of cold weather, and prefer brighter days. 

try using brighter colors on the flooring and maybe white/milky paints on the wall @Albert Bui @Carlos Valencia

Also they make the room brighter during the showing by reflecting the light from the window back into the room.
