My business partner got her degree in musical theater.

After sleeping on it, it occurred to me that with all of the hysteria, and the guvment forcing businesses to close or reduce hours - restaurants, theaters, bars, etc, there are going to be a LOT of people losing their jobs or not making as much as they have been.

Heard a investment analyst the other day on Bloomberg say that social distancing will cause indoor location based entertainment businesses (restaurants, bars, theaters, arenas, etc.) to lose 30-60% of their current capacity. 

What I see all the time in my market is for a listing to say they have a theater room and really what they have is theater seats with a 65" TV. 

Funny how we have tenants with Escalades and more home theater equipment than most people I know.
