I put asset protection above, in my opinion, the nearly zero chance of the due on sale clause being called.Also very important to know that creating an entity on the SOS site is only one of many steps in operating an entity and the supporting docs must follow - operating agreement, resolutions, minutes, bank account etc.

If it's not in your docs and your association has a good PM, they'll have put into place a resolution specific addressing this.

Ask the clerk where the newest files are located, ask to review or 'preview' the actual case files, being courteous to the clerk and considerate of their time.You'll need to collect the following information, at minimum:Case name (estate of Smith)Name of personal representative/admin/executor and their contact infoInfo about estate assets (real property) address and encumbrancesConsider capturing names of heirs and their contact info, too.Be especially alert for problem situations noted in the case files (foreclosure, disputes, etc.).
