In my opinion, Incorporating at any capacity is a good thing @Kevin Cooper.

Actually, before any of this, my brother and I need to get incorporated so that these things are business expenses. 

Trying to do all of the right things, got incorporated, got an accounting firm to setup al of my accounts, sat through a couple flipping seminars...Now I need to buy some property.
