This is the primary reason why when you see someone talking about doing a Sub2 deal you'll immediately know they are a sleezebag at minimum and most likely a criminal.

On top of that, that have a First in Time rule which requires you to accept first qualified applicant without subjectivity and you are banned from found criminal background checks.

@Anthony Newbold I completly understand the emotions you are feeling and expressing in this matter, we all feel the same outrage and theft of rights, BUT you must understand one crime does not correct nor is it justified by anothers previous crime, BOTH are still criminal events and punishable as such.

We have strict rules on credit, criminal, and eviction records.

These days, I used "Homeadvisor.com" to search for contractors, and they advertise that they run license checks, criminal background checks on contractors that go through their site.
