I suggest these presets:-SFRs,Duplexes, Triplexes-Last market sale date: Last 3-4 months-Equity range: 100-100%-Absentee owned: yes (may limit records but this is a FOR SURE investor)EXTRA TIP:If you have enough records to play with, and want to get the REAL players, use the criteria above and add OUT-OF-STATE owned.Hope that helps!
