Cash flow is a little tight in Phoenix, but the appreciation is very healthy.

I want to know what the healthy line of mediation is, and basically I want to remind them that they're in leases so they have to be adults.

Is the property healthy and easy to manage? 

That is not healthy and it can cause you more issues than a simple puking.
