It's riskier for a female agent or PM to show alone to a male prospect.

A home that is selling for $100k after we just saw the biggest run up in real estate values in my adult lifetime means that it's probably not a very desirable place to live for people that have options.

You want to have responsible adults that value their credit and have permeant secure employment that you can go after in court if necessary.

Although I have no experience investing directly (been renting all my adult life!)

I trust him with young children as well as adults he just met even when I'm not around because of his training.Now getting off my high-horse...I agree the insurance broker should be consulted and if it was me, I would want to meet the dog and see what kind of training its had as well as its temperament.

I was given the information, and as an "adult" I had the choice to decide if I was to say yes or no.

We currently do not have an oversupply in housing, affordability rates in most metros are solid for buyers, debt to income is decent among adults over 30, interest rates are low, etc.  

I think it's because he's lived through two major RE market crashes in his adult life and has seen friends and some family members get wiped out.  

Is this true or am I just noticing it as an adult now?
