This is the primary reason why when you see someone talking about doing a Sub2 deal you'll immediately know they are a sleezebag at minimum and most likely a criminal.

@Anthony Newbold I completly understand the emotions you are feeling and expressing in this matter, we all feel the same outrage and theft of rights, BUT you must understand one crime does not correct nor is it justified by anothers previous crime, BOTH are still criminal events and punishable as such.

I get applications from people who can not be checked for credit or criminal background they have no social security numbers.

We have strict rules on credit, criminal, and eviction records.

These days, I used "Homeadvisor.com" to search for contractors, and they advertise that they run license checks, criminal background checks on contractors that go through their site.

Let me explain....... bottom line: giving medical care to protesters shaking hands during covid19 is probably higher risk to medical professionals than working in high crime areas. so being a protester = being worse than a violent criminal in a high crime area?

In my advertisement I always say state basic requirements (minimum income/credit score) and that all applicants will be professionally screened for rent history, verifiable income, credit, criminal ...
