I had rentals, but I found I cannot charge medical insurance to my rental business via the schedule E.

While this could have some midterm appeal using the insurance placement strategy, it's probably not going to appeal to traveling medical professionals and digital nomads.

Augusta is a good market for MTR due to the low price point and the fact that they have a medical center (multiple hospitals in the same area).

Or is it a medical debt from a few years ago when their child got sick with cancer that they just haven't been able to keep up with and therefore has dragged down their credit?
