For adults only I posted this before however it is a great reminder of a personas personality flaw.And to all of the females out there...

I am a female with 3 year old toddler and husband.

I've been warned that cash flowing properties near downtown are few and far between and I'm wary of saddling myself with a giant commute and my female coworkers tell me the DART isn't safe after dark. 

First the approved tenant moves in: perfect applicant, single mom with one kid, no pets... soon her adult kids move in with their kids and then her ex moves in with his kids and their kid's kids and their pitbulls and mastiffs... 

Majority of adults are state/city employees so income is steady, but there's not a lot of people moving here.

Sometimes I do put their first name if its two homeowners or I can't identify whether male (Mr.) or female (Ms.).

One of the nice things about math is it doesn't have to bend to any particular persuasion - liberal or conservative, religious or not, male or female, any dichotomy you want to come up with, math stays the same. 

I'm on my 6th teenager and most of my kids are young adults in their 20s.
