Has anyone ever broken through on stubborn sellers? 

The owner is too stubborn at this point but soon will realize the gravity of the situation as the month of November draws nearer.

They say "Oh this offers too low, the banks not going to accept this." or "we can't do assignments" I had a couple of stubborn agents that have said that to me and my answer was simply, "Hey look, I am a real estate investor.

I'm stubborn so I haven't succumbed to this yet.

So I thank all and everyone of you that are intimidated by SEO, that is too lazy to do it themselves, and those that are simply too stubborn to change and adapt when and where needed...

C) Finally, should I calculate how low I can get by on rent, just so I'm not to stubborn on a rental price and end up chasing away those that are likely/able to rent in the area I'm in?

But I was stubborn. 

Its really not glamorous work, but its a lot of fun when you're stubborn & finally get what you wanted!  

Other lenders, are stubborn and will list higher than where I advise them to list.
