It is actually more comprehensive than a BPO.  

Overwhelming initially if you don't have a construction or rehab background, but very comprehensive.  

I have been to many weekend real estate events through the years and can state unequivocally it is the best and most comprehensive event I’ve ever attended.

Population and employment growth has remained strong and continues to enhance our supply/demand especially outside of the A class segment.I'm underwriting everything with flat line rent growth and a large increase in vacancy.

I have all but given up on explaining how economics actually work, I don't know the disconnect with comprehensions on how it actually works, and disregard to get informed, but I have accepted it.

I just completed the RCFE (Residential Care Facility for the Elderly) Administrators initial certification course through Care and Compliance in Anaheim today and it was very comprehensive.  20 hours online + 6 ten hour days in a classroom.
