@Alleia James I definitely didn't expect this crisis to turn into what has occurred over the past few weeks.

This COVID-19 crisis is changing so rapidly, I would love to get an update from other landlords as to how they are handling tenants that cant pay right now.  

I have been watching so many different investors predict what is going to happen after this COVID-19 crisis.

Everyone is adjusting –As business slows due to Covid-19, crisis management and response have been critical to develop.

One thing Lendinghome has is a 24 month no prepayment penalty which can give you a lot of options including renting through the crisis.

Obviously we are still out a week from April 1, when most tenants rents are due for the first time since the coronavirus crisis has started, but Im curious of who believes that they will have issues, and who seems to be ok.Like many landlords, when the crisis started, I was, as I am sure many still are, anxious about whether their tenants will be paying rent.
