We’re humans, so emotion is inevitably going to be involved in our decisions.

I've let dumb stuff slip through the cracks and hit my credit report (sad but true that we're all human and make mistakes) so I wouldn't necessarily let that be the end all be all. 

Beauty of being human is our perspective on life determines our path.

I helped build a habitat for humanity house over there and it was pretty rough.

All this post will do is revel in the fact that the vast majority of humans prefer to be right instead of having their thoughts move closer to reality.

The most plausible is that buyer/OP is not with full comprehension of the contract entered, all the fine print probably somewhere around page 14 mid page where it reads "buyer owes seller his enduring human soul" or something to that affect, lol.

I think because of YouTube and Instagram, it's human nature to see a video and think it's something relatively easy to do, but it's really hard work, to be totally honest.
