I did that because I think the general market is at or near a top AND the stock has been going up on decreasing volume and there is 9 month resistance at $18.76 AND the stock is overbought looking at RSI AND it gapped up a few days ago (gaps usually fill), etc.

We are going to have to put dad in some kind of "assisted living" and Medicare is going to pay ZERO of it.Luckily, my parents real estate investments are going to be able to pay for all this, but my experience with Medicare is HANDS ON, DAILY right now, and it SUCKS.Thus my belief, both of my parents, who were born into very, VERY poor families, can earn, save and invest for their own Health Insurance and Health Care and not look to the government to do it for them.

science proofs evolution to be false,what did everything start from,where did that come from,nobody on planet earth can answer that,it has to start from that,,the bible says in the old testament people lived to be 900 years old,then in the new,it says they lived to be average of 3 score plus 10,thats 70,thats average,tell me where you think everything started from,and how that,whatever it may be,could have predicted the time change from then until now,look how this world is getting,people are getting,the bible told us that a long time ago,also,did you hear the conversations george had along time ago,or when abe lincoln was shot,no,hear say,but you believe it,what holds this earth on its axis,i have a cd on evolution,if you will contact me i will send it to you,its not meant for offense,but,keep a open mind and dont completely rule what you hear out,jerry tolle,your exactly right,i want to live for JESUS,theres no way we can thank him enough for what he did on that cross,but just keep looking to him daily and let him lead us,also,pray one for another,keep on keeping on brother,one day,we are leaving here,maybe in the rapture,that would be great

If the bank wants a number that I know "someone" will pay, I wait for that offer to come along and "substitute" the other buyers contract for mine to help the homeowner avoid the foreclosure.Keep in mind I do not make offers on properties in the MLS (too hard to get control of the property and take over negotiations.) and I am working a large volume so I do not need every deal to work out in my favor.

Looking at a graph of average daily temperatures for the area, it looks like your heating season is Oct through April, with Janurary being the coldest.

However the bank was unable to close our refi within 90 days due to their incredible volume, so the house needed to be reappraised. this time the appraisal came in at $530K, with 2 or the comps being from a very less desirable development 4 miles away although our community consists of 400 + homes with plenty of resales.

When I started out here, it was slow going, but over time and through a lot of involvement and efforts put forth into the forums, I have become one of the top members on the site, have learned nemerous RE investing tips and strtagies from others and have also given back the same.No only that, I have made some really great friends here which speaks in even moree volume than any other social networking site I have experienced.
