You can do all these things now but without enough knowledge you'll ultimately be more likely to sour potential future relationships due to your inexperience.I would never discourage you from finding deals, but for where you are now it's more important to take action on what you understand right now.

Continue with the books that they recommends on the pod cast.I hope you take me up on this advice and take action.
