So if there was any opinion of value or appraisal done back at the purchase I would look to see who’s signature is on that.

What I’ve learned in this thread is that if someone openly displayed their email address in their signature line it means I’m perfectly able to add it to my email list and no one sees anything wrong with that.

For all we know you are an LP who owns 1% of these properties ownership structures or you are someone who helped raise money for a GP and in return was awarded the "co-gp" title even though no bank will ever accept your signature because your balance sheet isn't sufficient.

Since wholesale deals are suspect by the seller to begin with, making a extra large earnest money deposit will go a long way to securing a sellers signature.

you sign the lease as a property manager with an illegible signature. that's it. if they ask who owns the property i tell them a group of investors.
