I changed my mind when I asked my brother in-law about the 4" thick binder in his truck.  

I always get comments from guys about how they never seen such a small lady handle such a big truck.

On his way back to the truck they are blocking the sidewalk, one guy says "give me the camera old man" ..

Living near a port city and seeing all the trucks moving containers from the ships to the distribution centers says those fun toy drones will NEVER replace high capacity trucking.If we come to the point that only managers(Chiefs) can afford homes, condos and rentals, then where will all the little Indians go and what will the Chiefs actually manage?

He's going to install a fence/gate between front and back yard so someone can't get a truck into back yard.

Anyone with a pickup truck can move out a tiny home with little to no notice.

But we never had a shiny truck show up with people in monogrammed shirts.  

For most that have vanilla LLC's were they bought a rental put 20% down and own a few of them to me its over kill.when you move into larger multi million dollar deals then yes I see most folks buying those in separate LLCs.. but have partners who have only one and own HUGE holdings in the one company  shopping centers , MF  industrial tilt ups.. but with monster insurance. 

Last time I checked trucks don't run off of hugs & an employee's wage is the same whether he goes inside the house or walks around the outside of it.James,Now your just being cheeky. ;-) As conceded above, things may be different in the rust belt.  

What happens some tenant or creep pulls the ATM and apts building with their truck together.
