I've lived in a house with those crappy aluminum windows and they can let in alot of cold air not to mention sweat really bad.That price seems decent, I'd be weary of going to cheap and compromising install quality.

I expect to get a bank apraisal on thr appartment for about 380000$And to this point i have spent 10000$ on the renovations, due to the fact that i have done all the work my self, with som help from my father, and my girlfriend.Due to sweat equity in the appartment i am renovationg, i hope too be able to purchase a BRRR property during this summer.
