As to your question,  I imagine I could always do a 1031 exchange in 2 years or pull from other investments if I can make RE work for me. 

Furniture stored and used outdoors should be outdoor furniture, not indoor upholstered items.Steps (front and rear) and sidewalks: should be clean, and free of hazards.

If a person tends to budget by paycheck instead of monthly, paying a little more for the option to make rent due on payday will eliminate any rent late fees and other late fees they may incur when bills get paid late.
