@Jonathan Oh Because we are in a heavy digital age, using online platforms will make the landlord/tenant process more efficient, secure, and ultimately better.

The returns I get from real estate are in the double and triple digits (when annualized) so that beats the stock market. 

They are finally allowing me to review the financial documents but it's all paper, none is digital, and I have to find time during business hours by taking a day off to drive 45 minutes to go look at these unorganized boxes of documents.

So in the even there is an eviction filed for anyone, any digital payment method like this would potentially delay the process by 30 days. 

@Dan Burstain I have seen you posting these figures of small single digit declines are the worst case scenario for Austin and citing historical impact from the Great Recession.
