I talked to the daughter and she said her other siblings want nothing to do with it and it's just costing them money.

The other I rehabbed for our youngest daughter the new landlord. 

I use my teenage daughter.

Then we had a "flood" from where the hose in the back of the fridge had busted and my daughters room, kitchen, bathroom, hallway, hallways closet and my bedroom closet all had water under carpets and the came and vacuumed, twice and i have work orders for that then lastly i went to go get a pair of shoes i hadn't wore in a week or two and there was mold all over my shoes in the closet!

I have a credit score of almost 800 a current mortgage on my primary home, car payment and I've co-signed on a student loan of $5000 for my daughter, but no other cc debt, etc.

I am married with a daughter.

When my daughter went to VCU, I was not able to find anything affordable that would cash flow and believe it is still like that.

My daughter is "interested in the Navy." 

Two of the units are being occupied by her family members (Daughter and Son) who do not pay rent.
