I don't spend my time on the other 93% who think selling on the MLS is the solution for them.Once I meet with them and I can see that I can solve their problem (I don't buy every house I have the opportunity to buy, some are just too much work to repair, others are too small, too large, under a high tension power line etc) I explain to them that I won't be charging the 6% fee real estate agents charge because I'm not a real estate agent.
