Encouraging as I pursue my next huge project!  

I would encourage every investor not to get into their first property without 30% down available, whether it be through their own funds, friends and family, credit, etc.

Also, during the leasing process I encourage the potential tenants to call the utility companies if they want to know what bills will run. 

After closing the deal this past Friday, I couldn't be more thankful for BP and everything it's brought to my life, whether that's knowledge, positivity, or the encouragement to take that first step.

Plan on being there for 2 years and working hard.If you really, really want to learn start to invest in real estate then I would encourage you to live as cheaply as possible for the next 2 years.
