As for stuff to read - “what every Real Estate Investor needs to know about cash flow ( and 36 other key financial measures)” by Frank Gallinelli is the first book to get.I also am reading a book on risk “An economist walks into a brothel” by Allison Schrager.

Sell it, burn it to the ground, run a hostel or brothel, it means exactly 0 to us. 

Side note: At one of my apartment buildings in Cleveland we had this chick running a full on brothel out of her unit.

Until... we showed up, the place was full of squatters, every pipe in the building had burst because it hadn't been winterized and we found out that it and the 4plex next door that shared the driveway/parking had literally been used as the drug house/brothel in town (in UT??
