I have no intention of pulling the wool over someone's eyes.

It usually kids and/or pets who get a hold of the cotton swap package.

Sweatpants are a very soft wear, but I prefer aged cotton shirts.How do you source your independent contractors?

- What about between the floors and units - 5/8" drywall on resilient channel with rock wool insulation in-between for sound proofing / fire code?

For us it's cotton gin managers.

Most people have a love hate relationship with them as they are famous for telling you that you have an asset under agreement then pull the wool out from underneath you and sell it to someone else.

Now, I survive with the help of cotton in my ear, hot teas on my throat, and gardening books after work.  

I'm looking to hear from those who are outside of that audience- how are you marketing to others without pulling the wool over the eyes? 

I currently use 3' mineral wool insulation between the floors, and suspend the first floor ceiling using resilient channel.  

@Delbert Standifer My humble opinion here is that your “friend/mentor” just MIGHT be trying to pull the wool over your eyes. 1) Regardless of when you will “own” the house, you are buying a MONSTER of a problem.
