Remember, everybody loves being treated like royalty.In terms of finding deals that offer the numbers that you're looking for, I would send out yellow letters and postcards consistently, have the right conversations with sellers, and you'll find what you're looking for.

You may have to do some further digging and/or social engineering to get in contact with them, or at least send a few postcards to each of their properties.Goodluck out there!

So, over the last 6 weeks I've sent out about 1,150 mail pieces (not that high, I know, but we'll get there), and I've gotten about 25 pieces back. 5 are probate leads that I would like to track down, about 15 are postcards (weighing the cost and time of tracking leads for this prospect group), and a few are driving for dollars leads.

If it is a specific list of home owners within an area(s), then I would rather create a personalized postcard campaign raising their pain points and you providing them benefits and credibility so prospect will call you.

I know the strategy is similar to Wholesaling for marketing (postcard/yellow letter, Etc.) but I was wondering if anyone has purchased Raw land from Ebay/craigslist, Delinquent County Tax sales (OTC), Etc and been successful in the resale?
