Hi Everyone! I am back and ready to learn. I was previously on BP but (long story short) got a new phone and email got hacked and I had to start my account over again. I will be updating my profile this weekend. I am a Realtor out of Minneapolis, MN and I am looking to expand my investment strategies. I have seen endless "ad's" on Facebook for different "gurus" but I would rather learn from BP! One thing that caught my eye was Raw Land investing. I know the strategy is similar to Wholesaling for marketing (postcard/yellow letter, Etc.) but I was wondering if anyone has purchased Raw land from Ebay/craigslist, Delinquent County Tax sales (OTC), Etc and been successful in the resale? I plan on learning as much as I can this Fall/Winter and diving in next Spring/Summer.  I have done a fair amount of research already on the topic here on BP but nothing contained the information regarding the above sale avenues. Look forward to spending way to much time on these forums.

Thanks!
