Plenty of scams where they string you along and have you pay $$ in their upfront fees

If it traces back to him or any of his family or friends, we can use that as additional evidence that he’s still fishing for the next naïve investors to scam.  

Many decry Reverse Mortgage as being some scam, and while there is some bad actors there is bad actors in every service and product on earth. 

I'd recommend outsourcing the bookkeeping if you don't want to to do it .

To to it right I suggest we find independent professional experienced in DST transactions and Broker-Dealer due diligence, get a professional advise and file claims/class actions against all involved.
