It is deceitful, dishonest, greasy and worst of all adds absolutely no value whatsoever.  

I have already dealt with some dishonest ones who just want to collect rent and get paid for just doing that and nothing else.

if you sign a contract to purchase a house either assign it or close do not mislead owners that is dishonest and unethical at the least

There are a lot of scammers or dishonest property managers out there (one in town in particular) that I have seen that scam out of state investors by either taking their money to do construction on a property but never actually do the construction, do it properly, do everything that was promised only to find that you have many problems with the property, or offer you properties at way more than you should pay for them (same with some wholesalers).  

The issue with this agent is that she claims that the house was listed with her name attached and that was a dishonest remark.

There are plenty of good companies but also plenty of dishonest ones.

I've got nothing better to do, and I enjoy dealing with abusive tenants and dishonest contractors!  

They are highly intelligent well educated people, but they are proving to be dishonest. 

There is lots of opportunity here, which unfortunately has attracted some dishonest (and/or incompetent) people.
