Nature weeds out!

Just when I think I’ve nailed the "look," feedback comes in that it felt too cold, too trendy, or just… not quite right.I’ve been leaning into warmer tones and natural materials lately—trying to create homes that feel inviting and grounded.

That is human nature. 

I agree with Steve and Ken, without knowing the nature of the relationship/contract, it's difficult to advise.

This is due to the sensitive and confidential nature of the information handled within such systems, as companies have strict policies to protect data security and privacy.

I am concerned about the increasing insurance costs and natural disasters, and I am curious to know if the numbers could still work to cashflow on something at a $350K to $500K price point with today's interest rates.I would even consider going further inland to Ocala, but I am not a big fan of Orlando/Central Florida. 

This is simply predatory in nature full stop.I have sold many of my OREO props on low down ZERO percent financing but they were at market prices and the buyers owned them free and clear in 24 to 36 months that works.. but long term contracts on these homes is not a solution for neighborhood revitalization just the opposite.
