@David Weintraub can he not qualify for traditional/conventional financing?

and how she is going to talk to each tenant about their lease and fix things up, etc, I just know from experience with working with my property manager that all he would do is put it on the MLS without any marketing (in fact, that is what he said on the phone) and I know for a fact he cannot offer me what she can .  

Also can he evict us if he wants ?.

If you have CAC, then it was likely included in the advertisement for the property, that's a strong selling point.

While talking to the inspector, one tenant was on the way out to work, was told him he put the garbage into the wrong can.

Can he stay alone at any time? 

What can he do if you don't provide the password?

How can he do this and has anyone ever done this before.

Current price is $113k , she was saying it should only need about $7k-$8k in rehab and she should be able to sell it for 150k, which is on pa for comps in the area.However, my contractor (who's a close friend but is a legit contractor) went to take a look at it with me & believes the rehab is gonna be closer to $12k-15k and doesn't believe the realtor can sell it for what she's saying she can.

Can he simply put it back on the bill like that and put a tight timeframe on such a big decision?
