In a former life I did some skip tracing, was able to locate mugshot and arrest record.  

That sound out in left field charging a tenant to park.With a contract the police officer can not act as a judge and arrest you, no matter what state you live in.

A few days ago, the HOA manager notified me that a girl was arrested on the Premises for drug use.

Are they lamenting over the fact they just got fired/evicted/arrested?  

Its not below me to pull the drug card and then change the locks while the cops arrest them for drug possession which in this case I do believe they are using. 

If I knew their real name and googled it I could have seen their had been arrested for breaking and entering and destruction of properties multiple times.

Thats actually a pretty interesting scenerio, if a squatter entered a property would you have lost posession On Judicial Redemption and restarted the clock since you would have to eject the squatter or would a no trespassing sign allow you to arrest, or shoot, the squater vs ejecting them while still maintaining possession?
