No different than a car - Could be a mode of transportation, a weapon, a hobby, a status symbol, a family heirloom, etc...A primary house when used correctly could be a wealth generator, safe place, home business, community gathering place or it could be a financial drag, a source of stress, etc...Depends on the user and how it's used

Should you end up in small claims court because of the $3,000 antique desk/family heirloom that you "stole" or so callously threw away, you will have substantial evidence to dispute the claim.

Read that document to get the full details and it will likely point you in the right direction.The worst case scenario is the former owner's heirs show up outta nowhere, and claim that poppa had a precious family heirloom worth lots and lots of money hiding in his dresser drawer, and now that it's gone you must've taken it.But since the owner is dead, it may require going as far hiring a private investigator to find the heirs and notify them of the situation.
