We signed the lease and the tenant moved in the unit in Nov.

However, there are innovative companies offering a No Fee exchange.

However, realities shouldn't stop us from pushing innovation within our field.

The new home build was completed in Nov 2021 and I placed the home in service for rent in Jan 2022, although I was advertising it for rent throughout the build process as it's on the coast and short term rentals book a year in advance.
