I made my decision based on the fact that a) $5800 for a 90-day program was something I couldn't afford; b) $5800 for a 90-day program seemed VERY fishy/scam-y/pyramid-y to me; c) after scouring the internet for information, reviews, etc about the program, I found literally ZERO bad or less than 5-star reviews about it which - to me - is a massive red flag; no program, product or service is perfect, and the fact that they are making themselves appear as such really gave me a bad feeling about the program.

Try the paid version of GPT4 is orders of magnitude better than the previous version a few months ago. o3 has advanced reasoning, it basically prompts itself to do more research, you can watch it go through the thought process and research the internet live - a complex question may take a minute or 2, but the results are impressive.But you have to know how to write good prompts: the answer is only as intelligent as the question.

But overall, you should be able to put security cameras on the exterior of the building and common areas (hallways, parking garages, etc.) as long as you properly disclose to your tenants that there are cameras there and you are not invading on tenant privacy.Also note, you'll still need some type of internet connection so you can monitor remotely.
