I’ve seen more investors starting with one project and scaling up to doing two or three at a time.If you’ve been in that stage, how did you manage the funding side — separate loans for each project or one larger credit line?

I regularly buy 80-120 year old buildings and the biggest expense I’ve had that was not planned for was putting in a new larger hot water heater in a location where the old one wasn’t quite keeping up.

That said, I still think short-term rentals are an excellent investment choice over the long-term.

You may be a ble to gain access thru use of a larger property management software company. 

I do not see any major shifts and more private money getting into the Mix as institutional capital is so much larger and has so much more capital than private investors

On the way to those 10 years, you may question the choice of investment.I believe there are numerous more passive options to diversify that can project similar returns as non value add residential RE investing.Good luck
