I know a lot of you offer this service (and no offense), but I'm looking for customers that have done this and gone thru it all.

My handymen assured me they did all the repairs properly and took offense at the tenant's complaints. 

If the complaint is legit, the offender will be cited and you can use that as evidence for a violation letter, termination, or eviction.Second, if the offense is real, I recommend starting with a written warning.

I have never seen people ( and all you Morris investors please take no offense I am just stating fact as I see it) but how these folks so blindly trusted this guy.

Good Cause Eviction, the 2019 TPA, the history of moratoriums, and the clean slate act sealing criminal records and other offenses. 

No offense, but absolutely, positively in no way shape or form would I, as a lender of over 30 years, provide a loan to someone with no out of pocket capital.
