I actually received a call yesterday from another DST firm warning me about this just in case we have clients in it (we don't).They believe that firm as a whole might be dropping distributions on ALL DSTs to 0% and may be closing doors.

Most of the requests we receive for our hard money loans are thru mortgage brokers. 75% of the requests we receive DON’T include ANY of the following:1. the amount of financing being requested, 2. the specific properties being offered as collateral3. the current status of the existing debt4. the reason(s) for the refinancing request5. a history of the borrower and their involvement with the property6. any past or future issues, such as foreclosures, bankruptcies, etc.
