So any advice, and more, on this topic would be helpful. 

It's okay to grow slowly and responsibly, it's not as exciting of a topic at dinner parties, but it works and it's very low risk.

The second I mention Nashville, the topic always turns to their intrigue about it as an investment market and how they have heard great things from colleagues who invest here (and also the, shall we say, enhanced time they had here once last at night on Broadway).

After posting this I literally went searching for more info on this topic and I see that BP Rookie did a show on this topic five months ago!
